[Mediawiki-l] Add fields in the registration of a wiki

Hello!
As you said, I did this
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CustomUserCreateForm, and i could
add fields in the registration, as you can see here
http://wikiciencias.casadasciencias.org/index.php?title=Especial:Entrar&type=signup&returnto=P%C3%A1gina_principal
(See
fields: "Vínculo Institucional" and "Telefone/Telemóvel". But, the new
fields don’t seem to be visible, or I do not know how to find them, in the
database.
I also did this http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:UserLoginLog, but I
still don’t see them.
What can i do know?
