[Mediawiki-l] How do I download MediaWiki 1.15

I'm trying to download this version using tortoise SVN on windows with the following repository:

http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/med...anches/REL1_15

I keep getting the following message:

Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to MKACTIVITY
request for '/svnroot/mediawiki/!svn/act/4de6bddd-9d09-b04f-900d-45899a0e9df3'

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
