Hello -

I'm upgrading from V1.13.4 to V1.14. I have been doing upgrades successfully
since V1.12, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

This is the error I get:

*Fatal error*: Undefined class constant 'FOR_THIS_USER' in *
/home/platfor1/public_html/wiki/includes/Article.php* on line *440*

We're using a web hosting service, so I do the installation via the website.

The following is a copy of the installation page - there are a couple of odd
"*Notice*" messages. Anyone have any ideas?
