[Mediawiki-l] Moving the personal-portlet in Monobook

Hi,

I´m working on a skin based on Monobook and I've tried to move the
'p-personal'-portlet
down in the left column, which was easy enought even for me, but the
personal
portlet now appears above the navigation-portlet and I would really like it
below the
toolbox-portlet. How is that done? It doesn't seem to be controlled by css?

Apologies for what maybe too basic a problem.
