[Mediawiki-l] New extension -> Visual Edit Categories

This is just a proof of concept, but it seems to work.
This is all done with an extension, nothing was edited in the skin/ 
code to make it happen.

The categories at the bottom can be edited on the fly, on the article  
screen. NOT the edit screen.
When you save them, it does work, but the output needs fixed. But if  
you press edit again, you can see that the categories are there.

Removing them using this works as well.
Later (going on vacation tomorrow), it will have search suggestion  
built in.
And I will be offering it for download.

I do need to fix the code. Right now, it just uses way too many ajax  
calls (4) because I cant get the api to call via PHP right now.
