[Mediawiki-l] Allow only certain users to edit page

What is the best way in MediaWiki 1.10.0 to allow a small group of
certain users to
edit page A, and a different group of certain users to edit page B ?

I did see the extension that might work when I am able to upgrade to
1.11.0 sometime,
although I was worried about the big pink warning on the top of it.

Any help for version 1.10.0 ??
