At http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:FA-Class_Hip_hop_articles
several types of page quality are listed: Unassessed, Template, Cat.,
... , FL, FA.

Does each Wikipedia page have such a ranking ? Or only pages in
projects or portals (e.g., hip-hop) ?
