[Mediawiki-l] watchlist and new pages of one category or namespace

Hi all,
I read more extension about email notification and watchlist but I
don't find anything
about watchlist category pages or namespace pages.
I would like that my users receive an email when someone create new
page in particular category or namespace.
Is it possible? can you help me about it?
