[Mediawiki-l] using a bot to start threads with LiquidThreads

[I am not sure if this is the correct place to pose this question, but I 
didn't see anything else in either the LiquidThreads README or 
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:LiquidThreads.]

Dear all,

We would like to automatically post messages to user talk pages, using a 
bot. We have LiquidThreads installed. Has this been done? The LQT model 
does not seem to fit the Python Wikipedia Framework or Mediawiki API models.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
