[Mediawiki-l] Setting up multiple accounts with short URLs

On this:

It shouldn't, as long as you put this inside the VirtualHost
declaration, not the top-level server config.

What file should I be putting it in then?  Should I be creating a
httpd.conf file for each account and putting it in the main account
directory?
