That syntax was only recently added.  If you can't wait for 1.14 to be
released, you'll have to run the trunk version <
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download_from_SVN> or install the ImageMap
extension <http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ImageMap>.
