[Mediawiki-l] OT: Help and discussion for new Wikipedia DE authors

Hi Mediawiki admins

I am a new contributer to the de.wikipedia.org. I thought before
self-hosting I should learn basic user knowledge.

As a newbie I have a couple of questions in authoring (about category
tags, wikitext, etc). I didn't found any mailing list or a web-based
forum for that kind of questions.

How do I receive help?
