[Mediawiki-l] Clickable image leads to page?

I looked at that template but it seems to me that there is something 
missing.  Either some CSS styling or an extension or something to 
make Mediawiki recognize the entered info into the template.  My 
effort to use this ended up with only the word "Click" being 
displayed on the page (in red and thus as a potential new page as 
produced by Mediawiki).

Have you used this template?  If so, can you help me understand 
whether it needs more than just defining Click as a template?
