[Mediawiki-l] is there a way to upload page updates

They can be uploaded with a bot. pywikipedia is usually the bot choice.

I'm sure there's some configuration/extension (enotif?) allowing you to 
get an email of your watched pages.

Wikis don't work in an accept way. Everything is accepted and then 
reverted if undesired.
