[Mediawiki-l] multilangue feature

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a mediawiki site and i want it to feature the 
multi-language system like wikipedia with the language bar on the left 
witch appear if a page contains code like :

[[fr:Soliste]].

What is the option in local settings.php , or what is the good way to 
have it work ?
