[Mediawiki-l] Page-specific skins?

I've looked at Extension:WikiSkin and Extension:DynamicSkin, and they  
may do what I want, but I'm not sure.

I'd like to set up an extension that changes the preferences to allow  
a user to set their user page and all subpages to display in a  
different skin from the rest of the site as the default skin for all  
users.  I realize that this is flirting with the the "MW is not a CMS"  
line, but I'm wondering if it would be worth trying.
