[Mediawiki-l] Case Insensitive Titles

Hi all,

I have a wiki in which I want to make case-insensitive with respect to
titles - so Apple and ApPLe would be the same at the database level
outwards.

I'm planning to alter the `page` table such that the `page_title`
field collates according to a different charset to make this work.
Are there any other concerns code-wise that I should look out for?
Does anyone have experience with making this change, and if so, what
would you recommend?
