[Mediawiki-l] restricting page creation

i want to


1. Create a Wiki-Page with the Name Usergroup:linux and add the Users
in the Group in a Bulletlist
2.Example: You want the Group "Sysadmin" with the Users "Anand sharma"
and "Anand shahil" in it:
how do i write the syntax for that ...
