[Mediawiki-l] Installation Script

I am setting up a new installation of MediaWiki 1.11.0

When running the installation script at /config I get 'Checking environment.
Please include. and then PHP 5.2.3 installed.

 

And that is it.  I read the FAQ and inserted the additional php code for
error checking but I have not received any errors.  Any ideas?

I have PHP, MySQL 4.1.22, and I am running IIS.
