[Mediawiki-l] MW v 1.12 - recommended?

Having set up about 6 wikis in v 1.9.3, I'm going to start a new wiki.  
Should I go with v 1.12? I know it's "final release" but what's the  
recommendation:

1.11.2 or 1.12.0?
