[Mediawiki-l] PHP Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /var/www/html/wiki/includes/Preprocessor_DOM.php

Hi,

after upgrading from 1.11 to 1.12 on FreeBSD6.3 I get the error message 
above. I found a solution here:

I just would like to know if this is a confirmed bug or rather a "local 
problem". php-xml is installed.
