[Mediawiki-l] error whne upgrade from 1.11 to 1.12

Not sure if this is the problem but when I do an upgrade I always run
refreshLinks.php after I run update.php.

i followed the instructions in file UPGRADE i used the update.php file

browsing to my mediawiki server prompts me for my login and password =>
