[Mediawiki-l] PdfExport and Monobook

Hi,

When using PdfExport, this extension user a hook called  
MonoBookTemplateToolboxEnd to include the pdflink in the toolboox  
(list of links on the left).
Using it on my wiki, doesn't render the pdf link. Changing the skin  
to monobook it does.
Checking the hooks list it describes the MonoBookTemplateToolboxEnd  
hook as 'Called by Monobook skin after...'.

Does this hook only run when using the Monobook skin ? Is there a  
similar hook that does the same thing using a skin with other name ?  
Does PdfExport work in other skins ?
