[Mediawiki-l] MySQL Error on MediaWiki 1.11.0 Install

This might be a silly idea, but... are you completely sure you're
running the 1.11.0 maintenance script, and not the one from your
previous MediaWiki install?

I made that mistake.  I was in the wrong folder when I ran
update.php....
