[Mediawiki-l] Question

I am working on a website that will include a MediaWiki for a business, is there a way to set up so that user’s are automatically watching all pages or to create a group for certain user’s that will send those users an e-mail when any page is edited, I looked in the FAQ and the E-Mail Notification Extension is no longer available for download. Thank you in advance for any information you are able to provide on this issue.
