[Mediawiki-l] Edit option with table icon

I also have a new installation of mediawiki.

I do not have a Mediawiki:common.js!

What is needed and how do I implement it?

Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.js and copy to your 
wiki's Mediawiki:common.js the content of section "Extra toolbar options"
