[Mediawiki-l] Page links not displained

Hello. I have a new  installation of mediawiki 1.5 (I believe) and  
page links are no longer displayed to users not logged on. For  
example, on the Main Page the link to
* [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Configuration_settings  
Configuration settings list] shows up just like that - no formatting  
and not clickable - until I log in.

There are no extensions installed. LocalSettings.php follows:
