[Mediawiki-l] PEAR installation for StubManager & SecurePHP

I have devised a way to host a PEAR channel on SVN repositories on 
GoogleCode project hosting.

The first 2 extensions available are:
* [[Extension:StubManager]]
* [[Extension:SecurePHP]]

...more to follow.

Install the channel using:
/pear channel-discover http://mediawiki.googlecode.com/svn/

PEAR channel on a SVN repository.
