[Mediawiki-l] Extension installation error

Hello,

I have been installing a few extensions.  Toward the end of the effort, I
got the following messages:

Extension: Treeview.php From OrganicDesign Jump to :navigation, search
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output
started at
/vat/www/neowiki/extensions/Treeview.php:4) in
/var/www/neowiki/includes/Webresponse.php on line 10

The same Warning (last two line from above) repeated 7 times and the
"excution" hang at tshowing these messages.

Looks like the warnings are actually errors because I am stuck.  Has
anybody seen this before?  Can someone help meon this?  I can provide more
information if needed.  Thank you for your help.
