What are you going to do when you create an article called 'Black cat'? 
Word cat should then link to both cat and "Black cat". And what about 
when the article treats about a different matter? An article about 
programming saying you should use [[cat]] program shouldn't have a link 
to the article about Felis silvestris catus.
