[Mediawiki-l] implementing other languagues

Hello again,
another question:
in wikipedia there is a bar with special characters (e.a. hebraic, greeq 
and such as | etc..).
How can I implement them in mediawiki?
I really need hebraic and greeq characters.

I suppose that it has to be with monobook.js, cause I found similar mods 
in there...
but
1. I didn't found THIS mod
2. I didn't found monobook.js in my installation (no, I'm not stupid... 
I really think it is not there!)
