[Mediawiki-l] Mysql InnoDB error after restoring wiki data base

Hello

I had to re-install  Linux.
I reinstall the same mysql, php, apache and mediawiki.
I had a copy of my wikidb I put it at /var/lib/mysql/wikidb

I got the following error I could not repair :

070329 22:01:48  InnoDB error:
Cannot find table wikidb_bad/fr_watchlist from the internal data dictionary
of InnoDB though the .frm file for the table exists. Maybe you
have deleted and recreated InnoDB data files but have forgotten
to delete the corresponding .frm files of InnoDB tables, or you
have moved .frm files to another database?
Look from section 15.1 of http://www.innodb.com/ibman.html
how you can resolve the problem.
070329 22:01:48 [ERROR] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Can't open file: 
'fr_watchlist.ibd' (errno: 1)

Could somebody tell me why I got this error ?
and how to get around ?
