After reading the documents I was under the impression that if I placed 

$wgLogo = "$wgStylePath/common/images/wikiSanMar.png";

In the LocalSettings.php our image should be available.  But this does
not appear to be the case as I now have a blank Logo (which the docs
says happens if it can't find the image).

IF I place a png in the common/images directory what specifically do I
need in localsettings in order for the image to appear.
