[Mediawiki-l] Upload error

Hello all,

My mediawiki install was recently moved from a VPS to a dedicated
server. Ever since that move uploads have been very "flaky," sometimes
working and sometimes not.

When it does not work I receive the following error message.

"Could not copy file "/tmp/phpSomething" to
"/home/c/public_html/images/5/5a/image.jpg".

It seems that the smaller the image the better the chances that it will work.

Anyone have any ideas?
