Hmm, $wgNoFollowLinks affects only external links, according to
DefaultSettings.php.
I am getting "nofollow" problems when spidering *internal* wiki links.
Is there more to the story?

Maybe I should be setting $wgNamespaceRobotPolicies to '' for all
namespaces?
