[Mediawiki-l] Literal SQL in a wiki

Hi Mark,

I've never been able to reproduce this - though I've seen people complain
about it before.

Community, is this caused by some extension?  Or is it "enabled" by some
setting which is off by default?  Does it only affect certain (older)
versions of MW?  Are these FAQs?
