[Mediawiki-l] Multiple wikis sharing single database and same database prefix

I thought it was possible to set certain namespaces to be only
viewable by certain usergroups (I've no idea how to do it, but I
thought it was possible). If that's so, you wouldn't need two
instances of MediaWiki at all.
