[Mediawiki-l] Install error: Missing files?

Is it readable by the apache user like the other files?

You appear to have used a non standard instillation directory /wiki/
rather than /w/ is it too late to fix this?
The installer may make assumptions as to the install directory which is
being broken by the above issue, can anyone else comment on this?
