[Mediawiki-l] wiki_cu_changes table missing?

Hi all,

I just upgraded to Mediawiki 1.10 via my ISP's "control panel" (a web
interface that will alter your account for you in various ways.)

Unfortunately, it seems to have failed to create a crucial table -
wiki_cu_changes.  So, I get an error every time I try to save an edit.

Specifically, it says:

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the
software. The last attempted database query was:

    (SQL query hidden)

from within function "efUpdateCheckUserData". MySQL returned error "1146:
Table 'dsmey.wiki_cu_changes' doesn't exist (localhost)".

Could I rebuild this table from my account's unix prompt?  Is there
something else I should do?
