[Mediawiki-l] Do you believe in local democracy? E-Democracy.Org seeking Mediawiki volunteer

Our local e-democracy committees (10 communities across 3 countries - US,
UK, NZ and growing) are using our Mediawiki install to complement their
local "Issues Forum" (using a tool called GroupServer, an open source
Yahoo/GoogleGroups).

We need a lead Mediawiki volunteer to help upgrade our current customized
installation and help us pick some key extensions to keep the spammers at
bay.
