[Mediawiki-l] how to create forms in a mediawiki page

Hi

Thanks to everybody for the suggestions.

As regards what I intend to do with the data (depending on the checkboxes selected), I intend to build a sql query & fetch results from my database.

To elaborate, lets say I had 3 checkboxes (FB, WB, DBJ) & if a user selects FB & DBJ, the SQL query will be built as 'select * from table_name where column_name regexp '^(FB:|DBJ:)' '
