Not gonna happen. Deleting a user is very touchy business. Consider if
the user had existing contributions--to whom would they be attributed
after deletion? What if he's been blocked or has either log entries
pertaining to him? Do they simply vanish, get attributed to someone
else, or what?

Renameuser is about the closest we have to "deleting" a user (other than
scrubbing the db to remove him), and it seems more than sufficient for
this purpose.
