[Mediawiki-l] Implementing the concept of document owner

Dear All,
 Does anyone know of any plugin/extention that implements the concept of 
document ownership in MediaWiki. I would like to implement a system 
where only a small group of editors can create pages, and assign them to 
particular users so they can edit them.
