[Mediawiki-l] Floating Navigational links

I use that too, but we're requiring the typical user to switch to the keyboard from the mouse - a kind of user interface problem. It would be nice to have a single click "top" link right on the screen. Maybe I'll look for a DIV layer with the "top" link and put it into the skin files, etc.

I have this magical button on my keyboard. It's called "Home", and
when I press it, my web browser shoots up to the top of the page.
