[Mediawiki-l] download mediawiki 1.9

Hio AJ!

MW 1.9 isnt release yet. Its only a development-version available, called 1.9svn 
(alpha).
The latest release you can download as an zip/tar-archiv is 1.8.2.

People, who want to download this alpha-version, need an SVN-Client to download 
the current repository (which changes several times every day).
