I need to add a line of text above the Privacy, About
and Disclaimers
bar at the bottom of wiki pages. What is the best way of doing this?
You could go to Special:Allmessages and add a line to any of those messages.
(Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't have access to our wiki
right now.)
