There is at least experimental support for this in one version of MW,
but the idea of a "WYSIWYG" editor in html pages is really just a
will-o-the-wisp. So far as I know, the only way to do it is to use some
special commands (originally invented by Microsoft, so you can guess how
well thought out they are) that apply to text frames. What you can do
with these commands is very limited, so they can't even come close to
handling the sort of markup MW is capable of. They would only handle the
very basic markup that is easy to learn anyway.
I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
