[Mediawiki-l] Wiki still broken after upgrade to 1.9.2

Run the updaters as noted in the upgrade instructions.

Note that the original 1.9.0 had an error where sometimes this bit
didn't get run correctly in certain upgrade scenarios, so run it again
if you only ran it with 1.9.0 before.
