[Mediawiki-l] Problems upgrading mediawiki 1.4.5 to actual versions

Hello.

My mediawiki database uses latin1. Now I want to update to 1.9 and the
script to convert the database ("upgrade1_5.php") to UTF-8 fails with
the error:

Warning: fopen(maintenance/archives/patch-interwiki-trans.sql): failed
to open stream: No such file or directory in
/var/www/mediawiki/includes/Database.php on line 1959 Could not open
"maintenance/archives/patch-interwiki-trans.sql".

The settings in AdminSettings.php should be correct. Can somebody help?
