[Mediawiki-l] <editsection-brackets> showing, not [Edit]

Ever since I upgraded to 1.11.0 every so often <editsection-brackets> shows
instead of the [Edit] link, also "my watchlist" turns into
"&lt;mywatchlist&gt;" without the quotes at the same time. If I reboot my
server everything returns to normal. There is nothing in the error log.
Note: the &lt;mywatchlist&gt; is still a link and works but the
<editsection-brackets> is not a link.

Fedora 4 with up to date rpms
Apache 2.0.54
PHP 5.0.4
MySQL 4.1.20
